With two older vehicles we have had our share of experiences with mechanics and for the first time I can say that we found a place we trust our vehicles and with quality work at a decent price. Jesse is amazing to deal with and has excellent customer service skills.
There was a noise in my car that I initially thought came from the wheel bearings. At one of the repair shops, they told me it was a transmission bearing and even suggested I get rid of the car. I started looking for other options and found this shop that specializes in full transmission rebuilds. I booked a free inspection, and they discovered that the noise was actually coming from the center support bearing of the driveshaft. I ordered a used replacement with a 6-month warranty from them, and the noise disappeared. Huge thanks to their manager Jesse! I also discussed several other issues with my car and received excellent recommendations. Highly recommend them. I’m now waiting to receive a full report of the work done by email. P.S. If your car is already hanging by a thread and basically falling apart, don’t expect anyone to bring it back to life for free — that’s just not how it works.
